The Billingo API v3 Key is the API key that lets OneTicket connect to your Billingo account for invoicing.
Log in to your Billingo account.
In the "Settings" menu, click "API connection", then select "API v3".
Click the "New API key" button.
In the first field, enter a name for the API key, for example: "OneTicket API".
Leave the second field empty.
Set the scope to "Write, read".
Click the save button.
Copy the API key, then paste it into the "Billingo API v3 Key" field on OneTicket.
The Billingo Block API ID is the identifier of your Billingo receipt block. This must be entered on OneTicket so invoices are issued in the correct block.
On the Billingo site, click "Settings", then "Receipt settings", then "Receipt blocks".
Copy the number shown under "API ID".
Paste it into the "Billingo Block API ID" field on OneTicket.
Using Billingo may require a suitable plan and add-on, available on the Billingo site.
- For occasional events, a monthly plan may be suitable.
- For regularly held events, an annual plan may be more worthwhile.
- Registration may require one of the plans available on the Billingo site.
- You may also need the API and bulk invoice generation add-on.
